Need Fenders 38 in. Long, 9 in. Wide at top, 22in. Inside wheel well, 9 in. Tall, steps 8 ins wide 8 ins. Long. Slots for my u-bolts 34in.

The closest option we have available to the specs you mentioned is the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender # CE19502. This round fender has an overall length of 37-3/8 inches, a width of 8-7/8 inches, a height inside the wheel well of 7-1/4 inches, and a length inside the wheel well of 21 inches. The side steps measure 8-5/16 inches wide and 6 inches long.
It is also available in a set of two with part # CE19502-2.

My fenders have cut outs on both outside corners for lights. Do I cut my own or are some available with openings?
