Looking for wheel fenders off of 2007 tracker trailstar boat trailer I believe 13 in wheel see pictures.

We do have a selection of fenders for 13" wheels that you can use to replace your current fenders.
Among our linked selection we have different constructions like aluminum, plastic, and steel. These fenders can mount via brackets or welding depending on the style.
From the pictures you sent in (thank you by the way) it looks like your current fenders are steel and have a step. The only fenders that we carry which have a step are our plastic ones. We have the CE Smith Fender # CE19503 ror part # CE19503-2 for a kit of 2. If you check out the customer photos on the product page of part # CE19503 you can see that another customer used these exact fenders for their Tracker Trailstar boat trailer and they worked out great!
The fenders are 40-1/8" long x 10" wide x 10-1/4" tall and a a skirt height of 10-3/8". The side steps measure 6" long x 9-1/2" wide while the top step measures 6" long x 8" wide. I have attached a review video for you to reference as well.
