Hello Matt,
I am sorry to hear that you got the Standard Trailer Light Kit with 25' Wire Harness # TL29BK installed on your trailer and the lights are not working. It is hard to diagnose the problem without seeing the install. Can you pleases respond to the email you receiver with pictures of the whole install?
I attached an install video for you to check out, maybe watching it you will be able to see what needs to be fixed.
How did you test the lights? Just trying to figure out if it is trailer side or vehicle side.

Yeah, I can send a video or do you want it sent to? I installed everything I’ve cleaned all the ground points. I am getting proper voltage out of my truck plug still can’t get it figured out I’ve wasted 10+ hours trying to figure it out.
