I am trying to replace a S0601U-R1 Taillight converter on a 2015 Mercedes benz 3500 RV forest River Solera what is a good replacement?

Hey Delton,
A good replacement for that tail light converter is the Curt Tail Light Converter # C59236. This is a universal harness so it would require you to splice into the wiring on the Mercedes. Splice in options are the only ones available for your vehicle.
If you do not want to splice into the wiring you could go with the ZCI Circuit Protected harness # 119250KIT which instead of splicing, clamps around the vehicle wiring for an easier installation.
