Hi Jeff; do you have the factory wiring on your 2024 F-150? If so, you can use the Curt Dual Connection Socket w/ Bracket # C36GJ. If you aren't sure, check to see if there is a dummy plug on the bumper with a wiring harness plugged into the back of it. If you don't have any factory wiring you will need the Curt 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # C58044 along with the # ETBC7 to add a 7-way.
