Looking For Awning And Slide Out Parts For 2022 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite 2893BS

Good morning, I have a 2022 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite 2893BS. Unfortunately we experienced a couple issues with our camper over the weekend and I need to order a couple parts. First is our Solera awning, I am not exactly sure what to measure to find out what size awning it is, the inner drive arm is bent and needs replaced. Do they offer a more heavy duty replacement because it seems like all four of these arms have a slight bend to them. Secondly is our kitchen slide, this is the second time this has happened but on our dinette slide...the black plastic angle guide rail under the slide at the corners is bent and torn apart. Can you please send me part numbers and pricing for these two items...thank you

Hello Tony, thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about the issues with your camper. We do offer replacement arms for the Solera awnings. We have the Arm Assembly # LC404523 which is the 63" long or the LC281154 which is 69" long so please confirm which one you have. This is the only replacement arm available. There is nothing more heavy duty I'm afraid.
As far as the slide out parts, I am not seeing we carry anything that matches what you are describing. It might help if you can send a few pictures of the broken piece to help narrow things down. We have a few replacement parts for slide outs but it isn't something we deal with a ton so if we don't have what you need you may want to try reaching out directly to Lippert.

Hello Jesse, I have the 69" arm assembly but I don't see the inner drive arm that I need on you parts list. The part is 50" long with a hole on either end and a hole in the center where the hydraulic shock is mounted...
