Hey Gui, thanks for reaching out!
The best setup for your rig is the Replacement Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount # 325-GH-304. This is a solid piece of American-Made steel that has stood the test of time and will be a great way to both tow and carry your bikes at the same time (provided the tongue weight of your vehicle can handle it).
What kind of bike rack will you be using?

Hey Gui, Did the Replacement Shank for the Gen-Y Ball Mount work out for towing your jetski trailer and carrying your bike carrier? I'm asking because your experience could help others looking for a similar setup.
