  Carrying bikes while using a tow dolly can be a bit tricky since the rear of your towed vehicle will be angled down so instead I recommend using the Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount # 325-GH-304 in the rise position and then using the lowest receiver for your tow dolly and the highest receiver for a bike rack like the Thule Range # TH9057 to carry your bikes between the motorhome and tow dolly.   I would say throw a hitch on the trailer and then add the bike rack but none of the racks with a high enough capacity are rated for a travel trailer.
