Im looking for a trailer hitch that can hold a single 20lbs propane tank

We do have carriers like part # C18150 for a trailer hitch but they are designed to be used for cargo. You would need to make sure you secure the propane tank really well so it does not fall or have a chance of falling out of the carrier.
Also, you may want to check with the authorities to see if it is legally permissible to carry propane in a hitch mounted carrier. It would be bad if the rear of your vehicle were involved in an accident.
