Hey Charles! I can help get a return started for you. Do you know how much length you'd need for a pin to fit? I do have part # F57CR that is a little longer. It has a 7/8ths span instead of the 5/8ths. Let me know!
By purchasing a new tailgate cover I wanted to make sure this new one wouldn’t be stolen.
From Order to Delivery each step was Documented as to Who took the Order, Who picked it, who packaged it, and the Tracking was spot on.
The Box arrived with some torn edges and holes in it, I would assume made by the Shipper, but all the order was securely taped inside and everything was there.
Excellent service, fast shipping and detailed tracking lets you know from order to delivery. E trailer makes it easy.

Arrived very quickly. Perfect fit, easy to use for the raised receiver adapter. Rubber cover keeps the keyhole protected from dirt, sand and water.
I have been successfully using this hitch receiver lock for the past year. I has worked quite well and is easy to use. I added a large flat washer between the locking mechanism and the main hitch pin end to remove the small bit of side to side movement and rattle of the hitch pin.
Hello, I was installing this lock to lock my also ordered Steelers hitch but it seems to be just short to lock securely. I’ve attached a picture of my hitch. Pls advise

The lock looked exactly as described and was super easy to install to my hitch. I would highly recommend it. The customer service that I received from Etrailer was exceptional.

It comes with a 2" inch receiver and I have a full compliment of 1.25. stuff from my previous car. All from etrailer i must admit!
so I needed the 2-1.25 reducer, a good lock, and the 7-4 reducer for my goodies!

I really like my trailer hitch lock. It is well made. It holds my Texas hitch cover in place. It fits perfectly.
Doesn't fit 2021 Tundra 2" receiver as it's too short and locking mechanism won't engage. However it does fit our 03 Tacoma so I'll keep it.

For the Toyota Tacoma with has a thicker 2 inch OEM receiver, I recommend part # e98881 which has a 3.62 inch span.
Exactly as expected. I like the fact that I could have all keyed alike, just one less hassle trying to find the correct key in the future.
I purchased this suggested Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for my Cargo Carrier, and it did not fit. After speaking with a representative attempting to find a lock that would fit, etrailer did not make one that would fit my Cargo Carrier I purchased through them. They did end up refunding my money back, but I would still like to find a lock for my carrier.

Hey, Steven! Maybe I can help you track down a lock. How was the lock ill-fitting? I don't see any dimensions of the original pin listed on the cargo carrier page to go off of. Do you need something longer? Skinnier?
Straight out of the box looks and feels great. Fits nice and snug inside the 2" Curt hitch receiver. Too early to comment on service life and durability under wet weather conditions but hope for good desired outcome.

Most will never believe this, but i ordered this locking pin to use in conjunction with the other pin that is the exact same as this one. Except the 1st pin has been installed and in service since late 2009. I used it to hold a hitch in the receiver tube of my motorhome that coupled our hauler trailer to the motorhome. I recently decided we would start flat towing a car, instead of the hauler trailer with the expedition on it.
so i needed one more locking hitch pin to use with the tow bar rise/drop receiver adapter. When i removed the first pin, i expected it to be rusty and not unlockable. SURPRISE, a little wd 40 in the key hole to aid in key insertion and BAM she unlocked and was clean as a whistle.
it was a no brainer to order an exact duplicate for use now.

still works perfect
Over the last year, the hitchpins and I purchased have worked flawlessly the cap stay on really good and they’re easy to get on and off. I would recommend them to anybody that asks.
