Hey Paul! What size is the receiver on your 2016 Ford F-250? If it is a 2" then you can use the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2" Hitch Receivers # e38FV. If it is a 2-1/2" receiver we don't have a version that will fit at this time so you would have to use a different design like the # RM-062
