Yes, it will David so long as you're using a 2-1/2" hitch to 2" hitch adapter like item # e53YR. The Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer III item # BX88312 is only designed to be used with a 2-1/2" hitch and shank of 2" hitch adapter.
