Hello Major, thanks for reaching out. We only offer two 2-5/16"threaded gooseneck balls with a 2" shank. The Curt # C40088 and the B&W # BWHB94009. Both of these are coarse thread 4-1/2 threads per inch. I am not aware of anything made in this size with a find thread.
Any idea what brand the gooseneck hitch is? Or how old it is?
You might have a hard time finding a ball (unless you can get one custom made) and in these cases the next step would be to look at replacing the gooseneck hitch itself with something more standard like the B&W # BWGNRK1394. This uses B&Ws square shank gooseneck ball which is super durable and easily replaceable. This will fit a 2001 Ram pickup.
