This wheel is made for serious weight handling. With a 4,080-lb capacity and steel inserts in the lug nut wells, it stays secure even when loaded down. The inserts help prevent the holes from wearing out over time, so you don’t have to keep retorquing the lug nuts. It’s a design that keeps your setup solid mile after mile.

Corrosion doesn’t get a foothold here. The rustproof aluminum build means you can count on this wheel to hold its clean look and strength season after season. It’s durable yet lightweight, helping your trailer move smoothly without adding unnecessary weight.
This 16" x 7" wheel brings a sharp, updated look with its Eagle Series 8-spoke split design in matte black. The automotive-grade clear coat on the front side protects the finish from scuffs and scratches, keeping it looking new even after plenty of use. It’s a simple way to give your trailer a sleek, finished appearance that holds up.
The specs make it easy to pair this wheel with the right setup—8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern, 4.88" pilot diameter, and a 0 offset. It meets DOT specifications and SAE J1204 standards, so you know it’s built right and ready for real use.

1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Lionshead, 16 inch by 7 inch, Matte Black Eagle Aluminum Trailer Wheel with the eight on six and a half inch bolt pattern. Now this is an aluminum wheel. It's durable, lightweight, rust proof. We mentioned it's an Eagle Series, which you can see is a split eight spoke design, has a complete matte black finish on the wheel. They do use an automotive grade clear coat finish on the front to protect from scuffs and scratches.
Now, one of the nice features I like on this wheel is the pressed in steel inserts in the lug nut wells because they're designed to help keep the wheel securely in place on your trailer hub. Basically what happens is when you put this up on the hub, your studs come through here, put your lug nuts on, torque 'em down, when you torque 'em down, these steel inserts in here prevent these holes from elongating or wearing down over time. So eliminates the need for constant re-tightening of your lug nuts. The valve stem right over here, it is included. It is a metal valve stem and it is pre-installed into the wheel.
Now the center cap is not included. We do sell those separately if you do want a center cap. You do wanna make sure to get a center cap that'll have the same diameter as this pilot hole 'cause when you install the center cap, it will go through the back of the wheel through this hole. So the diameter on this pilot hole is 4.88 inches. This wheel does meet the DOT, Department of Transportation, specifications and the SAEJ 1204 standards.
A few dimensions on this we're gonna measure is the diameter and the width and the diameter on a wheel when you measure it is always inside to inside. So to give you an idea, we have a tape measure here and you can see, if I go inside to inside, there you can see is your 16 inch diameter. The width on the wheel, you'll measure the same way, it's inside to inside or bead seat to bead seat, seven inches for the width. And the bolt pattern on this wheel we mentioned is an eight on six and a half inch bolt pattern. And if you we inchesre to measure that on a wheel that's an even number of lugs, like in this case eight, it's pretty easy because the lug holes are directly across from each other.
So it makes it easy to measure the bolt pattern. You just pick any hole, let's say this one, measure from the center of this hole directly across to the center of the hole right across from it. On this, it'll measure six and a half inches. So that's gonna tell you this is an eight lug, six and a half inch bolt pattern. Does use a wheel lug size of a half inch by 20 or nine sixteenths by 18, and the weight capacity on this wheel is 4,080 pounds. But that's gonna do it for a look at this Lionshead, 16 inch by 7 inch Matte Black Eagle Aluminum Trailer Wheel with the eight on six and a half inch bolt pattern.

Fast delivery, rim looks just like the original that is on my cyclone toy hauler.
Good price and looks great
The new wheels look great on my trailer! Very happy with my purchase. Added some before and after pictures.
We purchased a slightly damaged unused wheel for a lower price. Damage was minimal and well worth the price.
Great wheels for the price and shipped really quickly. I didn’t pay attention and they don’t come with center caps.
These people are awesome at what they do. Thanks Etrailer
The Wheels are great; they are what they are. I could probably get these wheels or equals at a number of places, what is exceptional is etrailer customer service. Their website gives lots of information and from the point of ordering I could easily track the progress (which was very quick) of my order.
A little shrink wrap would go a long way. Wheels had no protective packaging, just rubbing around in a cardboard box for some nice rim finish removal.
The wheels are what they show
Happy with my purchase and look good on my boat....thanks Billy
Kelly P was great to work with to get the rim to us ASAP!
Definitely recommend etrailer
Breanna was great ! Everything we've ordered from e-Trailer has been top quality, price, service & shipping. Highly recommended for any & everything trailer related.. Thanks again to Breanna & Nick..
The wheel itself is fine but there was no cap on the tire valve allowing dirt or leak causing debris to get in the valve. It is a little thing that should not happen.
Great wheels. Got a good deal on two that had minor blemishes. Mounted them a few weeks ago and my trailer not only looks great but also being able to safely tow with newer wheels makes it all that more enjoyable. Thank you etrailer!!
spend almost 200 each wheel and no valve stem caps. called etrailer for assistance and wanted me to call manufacturer. I bought from etrailer not direct.
good customer service. Kimberly and George were excellent. Had issue with 1 rim but they had it resolved same day. Smooth ordering process and quick shipping. Will use E trailer again.
The product I got was to be expected had scratching and dings I got a discount price. I’m happy with the product.
It came very quickly and is close enough to matching the wheels on my camper that it will make a great spare. I just had the tire mounted to it & now will feel more comfortable when towing my 5th wheel after having 2 blowouts in just a few days. Unfortunately the size tires I have are always available "the next day".
Bought an extra rim for a matching spare tire for my Valor 36V11. Delivered on time and as per specs.

Glad to hear the rim was a perfect match for your Valor 36V11 and arrived exactly as expected! Having a matching spare always brings a little extra peace of mind on the road. Also, thank you for taking the time to include the photos those are super helpful for other customers trying to match their current setup. Have you had a chance to take the trailer out on any trips since getting everything mounted up?
