What Is The Inside Flange Width Of The TowSmart Trailer Hitch TS46VR?

Question:

What is the inside width between the mounting flanges? I am looking for this style of hitch receiver that can be fitted onto a piece of 3inch or 3-1/2inch square/rectangular tubing. Many hitches I have found seem to be 3-1/4inch wide between the flanges which is not a standard size in terms of rectangular steel tubing.

Hey Matt, thanks for reaching out. I took a walk out to our warehouse and measured the TowSmart Trailer Hitch # TS46VR. I measured 2-7/8" between the mounting flanges. I snapped a picture for you too.

This TowSmart # TS46VR is a custom fit hitch for a 2021-current Ford Bronco.

Hey Matt, did that 2-7/8 inch width on the TowSmart hitch line up with the tubing size you had in mind? Knowing how it fit could help others trying to match a hitch to similar tubing.
