how can you tell when your idler or drive need to be replaced

Hey Greg, is your awning not working well? If so, what's it doing? Typically the heads just don't work as intended so like the drive head stops driving the awning in and out and the idler is getting hung up.

No, it's working fine. We were replacing the topper and the drive end seemed a little loose.
