Hello, There are 2 replies on your site which appear to be related to how many turns are required to properly set the tension on a Solera Slide Topper. The first is How Many Times Should Solera Slide Topper Awning Roll Be Wound for Install?inch The second question is How to Add Tension to Solera Slide-Topper?inch One says 14 turns the other says 7 turns. https://www.etrailer.com/question-358389.html https://www.etrailer.com/question-389796.html My problem is identical to question-358389 Thank you

According to Solara (Lippert), the correct number of turns to set the proper tension of their slide toppers like # LCV000163285 is between 12 to 16 turns, so I'd consider 14 to be a pretty good happy medium.
