Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at the Solera replacement roller tube endcap. This is going to replace one black roller tube endcap on your Solera electric RV awning, and this is going to fit all of your Solera 12 volt, 18 volt, and smart arm electric RV awnings. And this replacement roller tube endcap, is the direct replacement from the manufacturer. So you can trust that this is going to fit right in place of your original, whether somehow that got damaged, maybe, or maybe even misplaced.

Easy to find the part I needed on the website. Fair price, fast shipping, first quality product! It was a perfect transaction.
Product was great shipping was horrible was suppose to arrive Wednesday and it came in Friday shipping always said it was a facility so I called and the lady said that it had shipped and I checked shipping after the phone call and it said shipped so it was just sitting there and it came two days late not good anymore had to buy part somewhere else have to do better on the shipping
Arrived in a timely manner using US parcel post. Havent installed yet but quality looks good. I am in Canada and had to pay $21 CDN duty whereas on earlier awning parts orders a couple of years ago it came in duty free....oh well sign of the times.
Somewhat tricky to change by myself but has worked great for over a year
It worked well with my awning tube. great product it has been a year now after a long 4 plus of rving around the us and visited every single national park.

Easy to order and delivered on time as expected!
prefect fit! I needed this part due to the pin and shaft going bad and made the hole for the screw that holds it to the shaft wallered out. This was the exact replacement and after a year is still holding up nicely!
This end cap is exactly what I needed. The material is quite thick, so I dont think I'll ever break one again!! Thank you Etrailer!
Needed these with the roller tube that I also purchased. To update my awning to hold a shade screen and lights. Thanks for the service and fast shipping!

You have to have these to go with the tube for the upgrade. They completed the install update. I would make sure that anyone doing the upgrade knows that they need these too.

The screws do not come with the cap. In my case I needed both. Specialty screws were $7.00 each.
Took quite a while to fill and to receive but quality product.
Received yesterday, looks pretty solid. I will see when I go to install. It appears to be an exact match.

The pre-drilled holes in the part did not match my awning. I had to drill a hole so it would line up. Very easy fix I have not had any issues since I installed it I am satisfied
I needed this part asap so I choose express shipping and used my po box because I was moving. The next day I received a call explaining that express could only go to physical address. I explained my situation and stressed I needed it before Thurs because I was moving and needed to have my awning secure. Not only did they provide great phone customer service but I received my part in two days at no extra charge. I am very impressed with the companies integrity and commitment to their customers. Really wanted & needed to order the additional idler & spool parts at the same time as I ordered the support arm, (June). I’ll probably need awning fabric at some future date. Until then, I’m economizing by using the existing sun damaged awning material.
Fit perfectly. We ended up having to replace the motor too.

great service, fit great. had an issue with UPS and Etrailer shipped out replacement immediately. I will continue to purchase all my trailer supplies from them.
This worked perfect to fix our awning. Etrailer has the best parts for your RV!
This part is an excellent replacement for the old part. It wasn't exactly the same but very close. Getting the old end cap off was the challenge. The screws that were holding it on were star drive but the T15 bit was small and the T20 bit was big. Must have been a special drive. Putting the new end cap on with standard phillips head screws worked great.
The product came very quickly!! Just wish that the ha a video showing how to replace the endcap

Its been a year already and this has held up perfectly as expected. Its a quality made STEEL end cap and being full-time RVers its probably seen the equivalent of three lifetimes of use!
