Hey Richard and Janet, yes the Roadmaster Nighthawk # RM-676 does come with safety cables! I see you're checking out some flat tow parts for your CR-V, are you interested in a complete set up?
If you are, on top of the tow bar # RM-676 you're also going to need:
- A base plate kit # RM-521567-5, a braking system # RM-8700 with the relay # RM-88400, and a wiring harness # RM-15267.
You are also going to need either the # RM76511 if your owner's manual says to pull the #19 ACC radio fuse, or the # RM76512 if your manual says to pull the #19 ACC radio fuse and the #20 ACC key lock fuse.
