Hello Harold, thanks for reaching out. I drive a 2006 Corolla so it is cool to see those older Toyotas still on the road. They don't make 'em like the used to lol. Anyway, we actually do have one hitch that is confirmed to fit the dual exhaust models of the 2007 Toyota Camry LE. For that I recommend the Draw-Tite Class 2 Hitch # 36416. This was designed specifically with the dual exhaust models in mind. We have had many of our own customers report back to us that it fits the dual exhaust, and we even have pictures of completed installation so we know it will fit. I have included a few pictures below to show you what that will look like.
This hitch has a 1-1/4" receiver so it will work with the scooter carrier you mentioned. The hitch has a 300 lb capacity and it sounds like you will be well under that with your scooter and carrier.
just reach out and comment below if you have any questions or need anything else.
