The rep that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. According the the installation instructions, double-sided tape should have been included to mount the converter box, but was not in the package. Since I was going to the hardware store anyway, this wasn’t a big problem, as long as it’s a one time occurrence. I would definitely order from these guys again though.
