I am weighing the hitch options for my 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport time level. Information for part number DT79MR indicates this is not for a hybrid, yet the video on your website shows this hitch being installed on a 2024 CRV Sport Hybrid model. Hey Robert,
I believe the tech note was originally put in before Hybrid models were tested by the manufacturers for these trailer hitches. If you look at the manufacturer's fitment guide there's zero notes regarding hybrids now and fitment shows as all models so the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT79MR would be a fit.
If you plan on towing a trailer or would like to add lights to a cargo carrier or bike rack then you'll also want to pick up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118741. This is the same CR-V from the # DT79MR video so Ryan will walk you through the installation process for both components in the attached videos below.
