Which Draw Tite Hitch Fits a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid

Question:

I am having fitment trouble with a 24 CR-V Hybrid. There are what looks to be crash bars that are welded to the underbody. I am unsure if that is because this is a hybrid model but the trailer hitch comes in contact with the cash bars and will not line up with the holes. I did not see in the description anywhere that this would not work on a hybrid model

Hey Sean, if the Draw Tite hitch you have is the # 76128 it's not supposed to fit the hybrid models so that would be why you are having the problem you mentioned. The Draw Tite part # DT79MR is instead the one that fits the hybrid models.

You should modify your website. The 76128 is the only hitch that came up when looking up a 24 crv hybrid and nowhere in the listing does it say that it doesnt fit a hybrid. Now we are stuck with a hitch that doesn't fit. What can you do to make this listing error right for us?

@Sean I would call customer service about a return but if you check out this link which is the hitch fitguide results for your vehicle on the tech tips section it does say that the one you have was not made for hybrid models.

@JamesonC it should clearly be listed on the main screen and is not. Heck when you look up the hitch by the vehicle, the hitch you said will fit does not even come up as an option
