Question:
Do you offer this type of gooseneck to 5th adapter with an offset. Im wanting to convert my full front gooseneck enclosed to a 5th king pin that I can use with an autoslide or superglide hitch. Im pulling with a 2012 mega cab dodge and want to be able to get to full 90°. Im not sure the 14inch that the slider will give me will be enough alone.

You have to be careful using both a slider and an offset because that creates extra stress on the trailer frame and hitch.
Another thing to look at is if the 5th wheel hitch you use can be used with an adapter. On some, you can't.
Another option is to use Husky Gooseneck Hitch, # HT31368, in the offset position. It fits in industry standard above the bed rails and offers 3 inches of offset. Then use B&W Extend-A-Goose, # BWTEXA4200, which is offset 10 inches. This will give you 13 inches total offset.
This should work as long as the front of the trailer is less than 92 inches wide. You can determine clearance by measuring from a point 1-1/2 inches forward of the center of the rear axle to the back of the truck cab. Then add 13 inches for the offset.
This measurement needs to be at least 4 inches greater than half the width of the trailer to safely make 90 degree turns.
