Replacement for a Bulldog TWL 155 X Trailer Jack

Updated 04/03/2017 | Published 04/02/2017

Question:

The horse trailer I have, the bulldog TWL 155 X jack still has the label does not measure the same as this jack you list. The distance from the bottom of the flange to where the outer tube ends is 7. This one you list as a TWL 155 X jack, the fully retracted height is even less than just my outer tube height. The bottom hole in my trailer A-frame wont support this one you list as the outer tube wont reach down that far. Did Bulldog change the TWL 155 X jack or is this one you listed not really a TWL 155 X? Attached are photos. From the top of the flange to the top of the tube is 12. From the bottom of the flange to the bottom of the outer tube is 7 From the bottom of the flange to the lower support on the trailer is 3.5 Can you tell me which Bulldog A-frame jack is really a TWL 155 X replacement?

The 155 is a series of jacks and not just one jack. It sounds like you might have something more like # BD155022 which has more of the outer tube below the mounting flange. There is also a version with a zinc finish # BD155028.
