The connector for the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3070-P can be difficult to locate under the dash on your 2021 Honda Ridgeline. You will need to follow the wiring for the connector that I included in the image below as this will lead you to the brake wiring connector that is tucked up behind your dash. This will then allow you to connect your Tekonsha Trailer Brake Controller # 90195.

The 155 is a series of jacks and not just one jack. It sounds like you might have something more like #BD155022 which has more of the outer tube below the mounting flange. There is also a version with a zinc finish #BD155028.

You are correct, gooseneck trailer to 5th wheel hitch adapter #BD0289640300 is an inner tube only that fits inside the outer tube of the gooseneck coupler. The tube is not solid, it is hollow, and the inner diameter is approximately 3-1/2 inches.
