Hello Tyler, thanks for reaching out. I do have an option for you, but there is no custom fit gooseneck hitch made for the 1985 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis with the 34" frame. The best option for this will be the Buyers Products Gooseneck Hitch Plate # 3373014981 which is a universal fit gooseneck. This is a 13.5 x 42-inch gooseneck plate which can be welded on top of a structural steel bed or bolted to the truck frame and body.
