Hey James, the only option for a gooseneck hitch on a cab and chassis like your F-550 would be custom fabrication. The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1500 is designed for this type of application so that's what I recommend. None of the gooseneck hitch manufactures offer custom solutions for cab and chassis models.
