Hey Connor! Yes, the Curt Dual Ball Attachment for Weight Distribution Shanks # C69NR will work with an Equal-i-zer shank. This fits standard WDH shanks with 2-1/2" hole spacing. The # EQ90-02-4500 has 1-1/4" spacing, so every two holes is 2-1/2", meaning this will fit.
