Hi Terry; we don't have a way of knowing what brakes your 2005 TrailManor 2720QB has so you will need to identify them. The easiest thing you can do is check the axle tag and see if there is a listed capacity and serial number. The axle manufacturer can use the serial number to identify the axle.
If you don't have an axle tag you will need to pull off the wheels and hubs to check the brakes. The bearings from the hubs can also be used to identify the axle, or you can measure the brake assembly and check the brake flange bolt pattern.
Looking at the specs for the 2720QB you probably have a 3,500 lb axle. If you find that is the case you can use the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-35-SA. These are 10" x 2-1/4" brake assemblies that fit a 4 bolt brake flange. If you need new mounting hardware you can use the # BRKH10B.
A new hub and drum assembly would be separate. Based on the age of the trailer it would be a good idea to go ahead and replace the hubs while you're at it. The # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and uses # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer bearings which are the standard for 3,500 lb axles.
If you're having difficulty identifying the axle, feel free to send me the information from the axle tag or your bearing numbers and I would be happy to help you find the right replacement brakes.

what is the difference between Part Number: 23-468-469 and Part Number: AKEBRK-35-SA. i cant find the serial number on the axle but on the back of the brake assembly i found the dexter 36-19. and on the Torsion Axles i found the dexter 69-47.
