Hello Bryan; we have gotten this question a few times and found that the switch for the FIC-ETJ3500 is unique so nothing we carry will fit. You will need to reach out to FIC Jack Services at 1-877-957-1501 to see if they have a replacement. Assuming they do, I recommend adding a cover like # UF38-944020 once you replace it to help keep it protected and extend the life of the jack and new switch.
If you're unable to get a replacement switch, or the cost isn't worth it, consider replacing the jack with the Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX.
