Are Safety Chains Required When Using Curt Crosswing Fifth Wheel Hitch

Question:
Does this hitch connect to safety chains? Saw a video with a guy who had a safety chain bracket attached to the pin box adapter. also I have a 2018 Ram 2500 with the oem puck system and 6.4 bed

Fifth wheel hitches like the # C32DR do not require safety chains so there aren't any brackets on the Curt Crosswing part # C32DR for them. It's an interesting caveat but if there isn't a hitch ball involved safety chains aren't required.
This does fit the OEM gooseneck hitch of your 2018 Ram 2500 as well.
