Do you carry any of the Redarc brake controllers for 2019-2023 Ford Rangers with the factory tow package with 7 pin?

Thanks for reaching out, Mark!
According to our research, a 2019 - 2023 Ford Ranger will have 4 blunt cut wires sticking out of a large wire harness on the driver-side firewall that you'll need to splice the brake controller to.
So you can actually use either the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR or the Liberty # RED52VR with your Ranger since you'll just be splicing in the connections.
I'm actually linking an installation video we did of the Elite on a 2019 Ranger for you to check out. If you jump to the 15:23 minute mark you'll see where we found those wires.
