Not equipped with a 6prong hook up for trailer. What all products do I need to hook up for tow package

To install the Redarc Tow Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR in your 2019 Ford Ranger without the factory tow package you will first need to install a 7-way connector.

You will need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # C56431 which will plug in to the factory connectors on your truck, and will plug in directly with the only other connection being grounding the white ground wire to the frame of your vehicle.

Now you will install the # RED44FR by connecting it to the 4 factory wires underneath the dash of your truck. You will need to make the following connections:

Blue wire from vehicle to blue wire on pig tail harness. This is the brake output wire
Yellow/Red wire from vehicle to black wire on pig tail harness. This is the 12v Power Wire
White/purple wire from vehicle to red wire on pig tail harness. This is the cold side of the stop light switch wire.
White wire from vehicle to white wire on pig tail harness. This is the ground wire

I recommend using circuit tester # PTW2993 to confirm the functions just to be sure.
