Hey John,
The RockyMounts HighNoon FC Bike Rack # RKY67RR unfortunately doesn't have a compatible loading ramp. For a similar wheel mount rack that does have a compatible ramp I recommend the Swagman Skaha 2 Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S67SR. The ramp for this rack is sold separately under part # S59SR. This rack has a 60lb per bike capacity and fits tires up to 5" wide.
If you'd like some different features or to switch to a frame mount rack then just let me know and I can look for a better option with a ramp.
