Parts Needed to Install Redarc Tow Pro Liberty in 2017 Toyota Tacoma

Im planning to purchase the Redarc brake controller for my 2017 Tacoma. I would like to be sure to have all the harnesses and parts needed to make instillation simple. Ive heard there is an extra wiring harness needed, maybe, or a switch plate for the dash.

Hey Karyn, we have just what you need to install the Redarc Tow Pro Liberty part # RED52VR in your 2017 Toyota Tacoma. Now the first thing you need is a 7-way kit part # 22117 which comes with everything needed to install an active 7-way including the brake controller install wiring.
I would also highly recommend the control knob insert part # 331-TPSI-007 which allows you to mount the control knob of the controller in one of the empty switch spaces on your dash.
