Hi Jacob; although parts from other brands sometimes work for other jacks we don't carry any Haul-Master parts. To find a replacement gear the gear shape and outer/inner diameter would also be required. Most of our replacement gears are for specific jack models so we don't have those dimensions on all of our replacement gears either which would make this pretty difficult.
I would try reaching out to Haul-Master directly to see if they have any parts. If they don't, there are some custom gear manufacturers who could model a new one off of the old gear but I don't know what kind of cost that carries with it. Outside of that, your best bet would be to just replace it with a new jack like the # TJP-7002S-B. This has a retracted height of 15-5/8" and is 31-1/8" when extended for a total travel of 15-1/2". It also has a lift capacity of 7,000 lbs.
