This swivel jack pivots up for travel and down for use. Built-in grease zerk allows for simple greasing. Retracted height is 11". Extended height is 21-3/4". Weld-on pipe mount included.

Overall Height of the Pipe Mount Swivel Jack w/ Footplate Part # TJP-2001-B
I went out to our warehouse and measured the Pipe Mount Swivel Jack w/ Footplate part # TJP-2001-B for you. The overall height of this jack from the bottom of the footplate to the top of the handle is 17". This jack has a 3,000 lb support and 2,000 lb lift capacity with height adjustments from 11" - 21-3/4". I have attached photo showing this measurement for you as well.

Can a 2,000 Pound Swivel Jack Handle 1,000 Pounds of Tongue Weight
Round, Pipe Mount Swivel Jack # TJP-2001-B is rated for 2,000 pounds so it can handle the 1,000 pounds of tongue weight. Of course the higher the capacity jack the easier it will be on the jack. We actually have a lot of pipe-mount swivel jacks, see link. The important thing to look at for any of them is the size of the pipe attached to the jack, the size of the pipe it fits, and the diameter of the pin used to secure the jack to the trailer.

Weld on Trailer Jack with Wheel That Swivels Up
The jack you referenced can basically fit any trailer design as it is a weld-on application so it should be a great option for you. It doesn't have a wheel though so a weld on jack part # FXP15W might be a better option as it does come with a wheel.
