Hey Brent,
If your 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee has the factory tow package then you'll be able to plug in the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector # PK11893-33-32. It may be necessary to see a local Jeep dealer to activate the tow package wiring circuit.
If you don't have the factory tow package then you'll need to pick up and install the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118727 and then would be able to install the # ETBC7 to for the 7-way.
I recommend picking up the No-Drill Mount Bracket # 18136 and 7-pole bracket # PK12711U to mount the connector to the trailer hitch crosstube.
