Hey Paul,
I spoke with Curt and they stated that the Replacement Trunnion Spring Bar for Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System # C17535 would only be compatible with the # C17499. The Curt TruTrack 4P Trailer Mounted Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # C74RV (17520) is such a new part that Curt doesn't have replacement parts set up for it yet but is working on it.
That being said neither of these would properly distribute the weight and would instead make it worse because they're too highly rated for 350-500lbs of tongue weight. Instead I recommend the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BXW0550. I've used this system numerous times and love how easy it is to install and use. The spring bars are interchangeable with this head so you'll be able to upgrade later on if you need to tow a heavier trailer.

I just bought a new Intech Sol Dusk Rover which has a GVWR of 4800 lbs, with a TW of 540-575 lbs. I’m pulling this with a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X (5.7L Hemi) rated for 6,000 lbs, carrying approximately 300 lbs cargo behind the rear axle. The truck accessory store I ordered my trailer brake kit and WD hitch recommended the Curt 17499 WD hitch with sway control, which is rated from 6,000-8,000 lbs. Seems like overkill but what would you recommend?
