No, I am sorry it is not. The Steel Directional Trailer Wheel item # AM48VR is not available in a wheel tire combo. I recommend adding the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire item # AM10210. This is a load range D tire with a capacity of 1,650 lbs at 70 psi and a max speed of 81 mph.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
