The bolts on the Replacement Tongue for Yakima Exo SwingBase Swing Away Hitch Extender # Y26KV should be tightened to 100 Nm. This can be found on page 2 of the instructions for the Yakima EXO SwingBase Swing Away Hitch Extender - 2" Hitches # Y34VR which I attached below. I also included an installation video for your reference.
