The best bike rack for e-bikes that is also rated for a 5th wheel trailer is the Hollywood Racks RV Rider item # HLY64FR. This bike rack has an 80 lbs per bike capacity. It also fits tires up to 5" wide.
One of the reasons the RV Rider Bike Rack item # HLY64R is the best for not only a 5th wheel trailer but for e-bikes in general is the attachment method. It uses padded clamps with hand knobs that hold the bikes securely by the frame or seat post. This mounting method avoids any fenders you may have and also works great with alternative frames.
