What's the difference between the Truxedo Sentry # TX1573301 and # TX1573316 Sentry CT for 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 short bed?

They are actually pretty similar. The only physical difference between the two is the material used for the top of the cover that's exposed to the weather. The Truxedo # TX1573301 uses a vinyl top, while the top used on the Sentry CT, part # TX1573316 is a heavier polyester/vinyl like that's used on automobile convertible tops. The fabric is thicker and tougher than what's used on the Sentry which is why the Sentry CT has a 5 year warranty, while the Sentry is covered for 3 years.

As far as they way the operate, the two covers are identical. Both are constructed of a series of 3/4 inch aluminum slats that are very durable. Both covers are manufactured here in the USA.
