Jon, I was referring to the use of the Thule ladder racks (xsporter pro adjustable rack, tracrac, trac pro, etc.) Am I able to use those in addition to my truxedo sentry ct cover? Any help would be appreciated

You can use the Thule Insta-Gator Pro # TH93VR and GateMate Pro # TH824PRO with the TruXedo Sentry CT Hard Tonneau Cover # TX1573316 installed on your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 6-3/4' bed.
If you just need to transport 1 bike then the Insta-Gator is my bike rack of choice simply because it's nicer and holds the bike a bike more secure and it has a lock. For multiple bikes use the GateMate Pro though. This is a pad that sits over your tailgate and allows you to carry up to 8 bikes depending on their size and design.
