Question:

Jon, I was referring to the use of the Thule ladder racks (xsporter pro adjustable rack, tracrac, trac pro, etc.) Am I able to use those in addition to my truxedo sentry ct cover? Any help would be appreciated

You can use the Thule Insta-Gator Pro # TH93VR and GateMate Pro # TH824PRO with the TruXedo Sentry CT Hard Tonneau Cover # TX1573316 installed on your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 6-3/4' bed.

If you just need to transport 1 bike then the Insta-Gator is my bike rack of choice simply because it's nicer and holds the bike a bike more secure and it has a lock. For multiple bikes use the GateMate Pro though. This is a pad that sits over your tailgate and allows you to carry up to 8 bikes depending on their size and design.

Thanks for the follow up! The amount of ladder racks that are compatible with tonneau covers is pretty slim but Thule does have an option with their TracRac SR since it uses rails that mount on top of your bed side rails instead of clamping around them. For this ladder rack you need the Base Rails # TH33JV and Ladder Rack # TH43002XT. Attached is a review video for you to check out.
