For your 2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty, I recommend going with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1108.
This gooseneck hitch is custom fit to your vehicle's frame so there'll be no drilling required, has a max weight capacity of 30,000 lbs, and is made in the USA.
The only thing you'll have to do is cut a 4" diameter ball hole into the bed for the actual hitch ball.
Finally for wiring, I recommend checking out the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector with 7-Pole - Ford, GM, Dodge, Nissan w/ Factory Plug # PK11893-11932. This plug will tee into an existing 7-way and allow you to re-route the plug to the bed of your truck for easy hook up when you go to tow.
