The MaxxAir MaxxFan Mini Roof Vent # MA00-04401M is a 14" x 14" vent just like your Fan-Tastic 1200 series roof vent so you'll have no problem swapping it out. This vent will come with screws to mount it but you'll want to pick up some butyl tape # AL28FJ and a couple tubes self leveling sealant # 34427034145-1 for waterproofing.
