Wall Control Option for Maxxair 7500K or 7000k Roof Vent

Question:
Thanks very much. I see the link for the wall controller is for a replacement controller which does not look like it comes with the wiring which looks like it takes a wire that has phone jack or ethernet-style jack on its ends. If you have the spec on that wire or sell it that would be helpful. Also, in your answer, you said that if both remote and wall controller are installed they will both work and that's great. Do you know if the temp sensor is in the ceiling unit or are there also sensors in the remote and wall controller. If the remote and wall controller have temp sensors and both are installed, how do you tell the unit which temp sensor to control off of?

Both the # MA00-07500K and the # MA00-07000K can be used with a wall control setup but they only come with a remote control. So for either you'd also need the wall controller # MA59FR. With this installed you'd be able to control the fan with all three methods. Roof, remote, and wall controls.
The only difference between the two models is the color of the lid. White will block all light and smoked will allow some light to pass through.
