The only base plate kit that fits with the Lower Active Aero Shutters on your 2023 Chevy Traverse is the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU63CR, but keep in mind this won't work if you have the Adaptive Cruise Control.
In order to hook your Falcon 2 tow bar up to this base plate kit you need the Roadmaster Tow Bar to Blue Ox Brackets Adapter # RM-031 which just replaces the current ends on your Falcon 2 tow bar.
