I would like to hardwire the converters powercord to the controle panel since I dont have a nearby 120V outlet. Do you forsee any wireing sues from increasing systems Amperage or With a modified power connection ? If you nave any. instructions for such an instalation I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or guidence.

The Progressive Dynamics 9100 Inteli-Power Lithium Converter # PD9130LV is riveted shut so you wouldn't be able to remove the power cord and would instead have to cut off the plug and splice on more wire to make your connections. Since you're splicing together the wire you would have to install a junction box at this connection. Realistically there shouldn't be any problems as long as you use the correct gauge wire to make your run to the circuit breaker.
Since cutting the plug off and running wire this way would void the warranty I personally recommend just running a new outlet to where you intend to install the converter since you'll have to run the wire either way for power. If this isn't something you feel comfortable doing then you'll just need to reach out to a local electrician.
